|Warranty and Return
All ZUMAX Products are under a one-year manufacturer
warranty unless otherwise implied at the time of
- ZUMAX will
repair or replace products cover inside the warranty
period at no cost to the original consumer purchaser.
- This limited
warranty shall not apply if the ZUMAX product has been
damaged by unreasonable use, accident, negligence,
service, or modification by anyone other than ZUMAX or
by any other causes unrelated to defective materials or
- To receive
in-warranty service products must be accompanied by
proof of date of purchase and a Return Material
Authorization ("RMA") number issued by ZUMAX) Purchasers
must prepay all delivery costs or shipping charges to
return any defective ZUMAX product.
- If you ship any
such product, we suggest you package it securely, (using
the original packing materials if possible) and insure
it for its full value, as ZUMAX assumes no liability for
any loss or damage during shipment.
- An RMA number
must be issued for return products. Products returned
with no RMA number will not be accepted.
- Credit memo is
issued only for authorized products returned in
resalable condition with in 30 days of invoice date.
- All returns for
credit that are not in the original packaging or with
lost accessories will be assessed a minimum restocking
fee of 20%.
- All claims for
incomplete part(s), or damages must be made within 10
days from receipt of the good(s). All chassis products
showing signs of modification or usage will not be
repaired or credited and will be returned.
- Credit will not
be issued for OEM/Custom-made part(s). They will only be
repaired within the 1 year warranty period.
- All RMA numbers
are valid for 14 days from the date of issuance.
- Warranty & RMA policy
might be changed without notice.
